PVD Vacuum Electroplating Process

It can be used to process and produce the surface treatment of bathroom hardware towel rack, stainless steel toilet brush and metal soap dispenser. The golden treatment as shown in the figure is PVD treatment:

1. Hang on the product

2. Add ultrasonic to remove oil and wax for 10 minutes

3. Rinse with water 5 times for 5 minutes

4. Dry the product

5. Dry in the oven for two hours on low temperature

6. Then hang into the vacuum ion furnace for 1 hour
